Diablo 4 DLC Advertising

MY WORK

This work was for an LED virtual production studio shoot of Diablo 4 DLC.

I was responsible for crafting 2 AAA-quality UE5 environments using Nanite and Lumen for levels from Diablo 4 with a select amount of key raw assets that still needed to perform under Realtime constraints.

 

I created layouts, particles effects, lighting passes using lumen, and final ownership over level key shots as well as technical assistance on other levels.

All of this was delivered to align with Blizzard’s visual benchmarks for a cinematic LED volume shoot and Smash Interactive's tech needs.

I was on site for shooting as a tech consultant for the UE5 real-time capture process assisting with on the fly edits and adjustments to the environments based on studio props and lightning needs.

In total, there were 5 environments used in the promo shoot and I had hands on involvement to some degree with each one.​​

MY WORK

As MassVR's current contract- I have mostly done preliminary sequencer events and Meta Human setup with control rig to demonstrate desired AI behaviors/dialogues. I have also implemented various features such as Eye Tracking, Emotional Face states, and Firearm interactions and responses.

Prototyping for Mixed reality for the first time my job included mostly material work to ensure that depth passes and materials were drawing in the correct order along with hand occlusion and object interaction.
